Entry and purchase process
Reserve a same-day entry time using the on-site QR code. Reservations open at 10:30 AM. Each person may enter once per day, and only the buyer may collect the kit.

- Payment: credit or debit card in KRW only
Exchanges and refunds
Visit the store within 14 days of purchase with the product and receipt for an exchange. Refunds also require the original payment method. Any event gift received with the purchase must be returned for a refund.
